And a little bit about me… Without giving away my age, I’d like to share with you that I’ve been working in Real Estate since 1996! I am a full time Real Estate Broker serving Glastonbury, Wethersfield and surrounding towns. I moved to Wethersfield with my husband, Tom and our newborn son Cooper in 2014. The town welcomed us with open arms and since then, we’ve grown to a happy family of 4 as our daughter Arianna entered our lives in 2016. I absolutely love what I do and couldn’t imagine any other career choice.

Since I’ve entered this industry I’ve experienced tremendous shifts within the market and have always made it my mission to remain fluid. My aim is to implement new and innovative marketing strategies to stay ahead of my competition. I’m sure you would agree I have a lot of competition, however, there is only one Sanam Solati Yurczyk. I dipped my toes into the franchise world and quickly learned it would be best to have my own boutique brokerage. I launched New England Prestige Realty in April of 2019. OK, I am highly competitive. I actually do love a challenge and intend to help grow our brand name in our area. We are an innovative company with a heart who’s mission is to elevate the entire client experience… and it’s about time!

For years I’ve been invited to align with many of the “big box” offices in town, however, at the end of the day they couldn’t offer my clients, my team, or me a real advantage with the exception of having “brand recognition.” I think consumers are smart enough to realize that it’s not the Real Estate brand that’s going to sell their home, but the agent they choose to represent them. My goal is to be your agent! I live everyday with curiosity and am constantly learning how to better serve my clients. I am committed to providing excellent service to YOU through regular communication as we collaborate to make sure your goals are met. My team and I will guide you, and together we’ll make great decisions to set you up for success which is all I strive for. I work with a unique team of REALTORS®, marketers and artists, all of whom are setting a new standard for Real Estate.

Last year I had the pleasure of helping 23 households move and this year I have rather lofty goals. I intend to help 50 households and will do whatever it takes to get there.
